Applying call forwarding

Changing the call forwarded on numbers can be completed via self-care.  Please follow the below instructions.

 

  1. Log into https://myphone.thinktel.ca/
  2. Click on the 'Call manager' Tab
  3. Click on the 'Forwarding' tab
  4. Select the tab for the type of forwarding you want.
    Immediately | Busy/No Answer | Selected Callers | Forwarding Destinations
  5. Check the box to enable the forwarding
  6. Enter the forwarded to number in the forwarding field
  7. Click 'Apply'
