There are potentially 4 ways that you can check your voicemail. They are as follows:

1. Your phone. If your phone number is associated with the phone or ATA that you'll be using to check your voicemail, by dialling 98 you'll be able to access your voicemail and proceed to enter your password. The new 98 Voice Mail Guide
2. You can call in from any other phone by dialling your ThinkTel phone number. When the voicemail picks up, press * (asterisk key). The first option will prompt you to enter your PIN.

You can dial into our access numbers to check your voicemail from another phone using one of the local access numbers found at the site location below.

3. You can call into one of our dial access numbers using a number from the list found at http://www.thinktel.ca/guides/access-numbers.htm

You will be prompted to enter your phone number and PIN code followed by pound.

4. You can also check voicemail online by going to http://myphone.thinktel.ca.
