Changing the call forwarded on numbers can be completed via self-care. Please follow the below instructions.
- Log into https://myphone.thinktel.ca/
- Click on the 'Call manager' Tab
- Click on the 'Forwarding' tab
- Select the tab for the type of forwarding you want.
Immediately | Busy/No Answer | Selected Callers | Forwarding Destinations - Check the box to enable the forwarding
- Enter the forwarded to number in the forwarding field
- Click 'Apply'
