When trying to change a Fax2PDF email or password through ucontrol.thinktel.ca you have to...
- Open uControl
- Click on the search (magnifying glass)
- Enter the number you want to update in the search field.
- Click the number (Item).
- Hit the Edit button (top of page)
- Change the email address.
Change the password and confirm the password. - Click Save.
Click Management-->Dashboard to return to the main screen.
