We are no longer able to just edit the line and Change the Scan&Fax to True. The existing line needs to be cancelled and re-created as a 'Print to Fax' Line.
When the line is recreated, you will lose all archived faxes(CDR's) and we will not be able to recover/forward.
You can either complete the recreation yourself via uControl or contact our Orders team.

Reusing a cancelled number:

Via Orders Team:
You now need to submit a request to our Orders group at [email protected]. Who will have to recreate the fax line.
Please submit the below information when opening an Orders ticket.

When the line is recreated our orders group will supply your login credentials.
