When trying to order a DID through ucontrol.thinktel.ca/ you have to...

1. Log into uControl.
2. Click on the blue "Orders" Tab then click "Order a Service"
3. Select the type of service "New sip trunk DIDs"
   If you are told you don't have the right plan, please contact your sales rep.
4. Select the trunk.
5. Select the Rate Center.
   If the rate center you were looking for is not available send a ticket to [email protected] With the Rate center and type of line you wish to be set up. They will let you know if they are able to acquire.
6. Select the amount
   • Single
     Select Individual DID. Next available or choose from a dropdown.
   • Block
     Chose Front or Back
     Chose Order Size
     Select Individual DID. Next available or choose from the dropdown.
7. Click "Submit Order"

Click Management-->Dashboard to return to the main screen.
