Problem:

Customer can not dial international long-distance destinations ("011" + Country Code prior to dialling the number)
 

Solution:

1. Due to VoIP routing of International calls, you may have to wait longer before you hear the phone ringing. Give it a full 60 seconds before you hang up an international call.

2. Check the International LD setting on the customer's account.

Problem:

Customers can not dial international long distance Cell destinations.

Solution:

Below is an example of calls to Peru, but with most international destination the format is the same. Just the dialled numbers are different.
