When trying to confirm your hosted PBX(HPBX) password through ucontrol.thinktel.ca you have to...
- Open uControl
- Click on the blue "Services" Button, then click "Numbers by type"
- Besides the Individual Line in question click the "details" button
- In the Individual Line Information section locate the SIP Password section
- Click on the 'Lookup' button and you will get a popup with the below information
- SIP Domain Name
- Username
- SIP Password
- Click "Close"
Click Management-->Dashboard to return to the main screen.
