How to Disable/Enable a voicemail on a Business Group/Individual line

To Disable or Enable your Voice Mail services through ucontrol.thinktel.ca you have to...

  1. Open uControl
  2. Click on the blue "Services" Tab, then click "Numbers By Type".
  3. Enter the number in the search or scroll down till you locate the desired number.
  4. Click the "Edit" button.
  5. In the Voicemail field change to true or false.
  6. Click Save

 

Click Management-->Dashboard to return to the main screen.
