Confirm Service for hosted(HPBX) lines.

When trying to confirm Service for hosted lines through ucontrol.thinktel.ca you have to...

  1. Open uControl
  2. Click on the blue "Services" Tab, then click "Numbers by Type".
  3. Enter the number in the appropriate search field (the type of line) or scroll down.
  4. Click on "service check" beside the number.

 

This will tell you…

  • Subscriber Information
  • Registrations
  • Call logs
  • Term Reference

Click Management-->Dashboard to return to the main screen.
