To update labels through ucontrol.thinktel.ca you have to...

1. Open uControl
2. Click on the blue "Services" Tab, then click "Numbers"
3. Click on the blue Labels drop-down button --> Download Labels
   This will download a .csv file
4. Open the excel file
5. Fill in the label field(Column B) and/or the Additional Label(Column C) beside the number in question.
6. Save your changes to the excel(Keeping the .csv format)
7. Return to uControl's number page.
8. Click on the blue Labels drop-down button --> Upload Labels
9. Select the excel file from your computer.
10. Click Submit.

Click Management-->Dashboard to return to the main screen.
