When trying to locate call rates through ucontrol.thinktel.ca you have to...

1. Open uControl
2. Click on the blue "Services" Tab, then click "Numbers By Type"
3. Click on one of your SIP Trunks
4. On the right side of the details page, click on the "Rate Table"
   This will download an excel file. That will display all rates in column D
   Use Find (ctrl+F) and search for the destination. Or scroll to.
   Please note that rates may change to confirm that you have the correct charge best to use a new rate table each time you wish to confirm rates.
